Each room also offers the convenience of a kitchenette for your comfort and ease. Outside, residents and families enjoy our inviting and lush courtyard and a spacious backyard adorned with beautiful garden beds. Enhancing Independence & Wellness
At Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood
Our enhanced personal care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With an Enhanced Personal Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.

Lake Meadows was part of an amazing program with DeVault Otologic Research Lab. We were blessed with 4 doctors and one was an audiologist for hearing.
This was a need for our campus. They will come out monthly. A free event for our residents. Fix hearing aids, replace batteries, hearing testing, etc.

Indiana jingo with our friend Barb. Once a month, she brings lots of donations for the residents to choose from. Jingo is very educational, learn some history and have fun.
