Celebration Villa of Manresa is an assisted living community located in Annapolis, Maryland. At Celebration Villa, our focus is to support our residents’ independence and overall wellness. We treat all residents as respected members of our family. We understand the importance of our residents having a feeling of connection, community, comfort, and care.
Celebration Villa of Manresa is a restored historic estate set on 20 acres along the Severn River. Many residents find themselves relaxing on our waterfront porch, taking in the beautiful view, and rocking the afternoon away. Our community has many indoor amenities as well, such as our salon and barber shop, dining venues, and enrichment center. There is always something to do at Celebration Villa!
LIFE ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMING
At Celebration Villa, we believe life should be celebrated at every stage. Our Life Enrichment programming offers many social events, activities, and local outings. We prioritize a mix of offerings that nurture our residents’ minds, bodies, & souls. Every opportunity is intentionally offered to our seniors to encourage and prioritize overall well-being.
Having a purpose keeps our residents going at every age. We encourage our residents to enjoy activities that help them continue with their interests and hobbies. For example, each year residents help make ornaments and decorations for our community Christmas tree. In the past, they have also made homemade candles and bath salts for gifts. Many residents are active with the local church, with weekly services at our community and a monthly church luncheon.
Programming at Celebration Villa keeps residents vibrant and in touch with our surrounding community. Our staff gets to know our residents and their interests. Based on these interests, we offer the right opportunities for people to meet, learn, keep active, and more! In addition, we go out into the local community almost daily visiting local parks, museums, festivals, shopping, and restaurant trips. You’ll find our spirited program inspires residents to lead fulfilling and active lives.
DINING PROGRAM
Join us for three meals a day, plus snacks! We have plenty of dining venues to choose from including a restaurant and outdoor grill and dining area. Each of these areas is a great place to meet with friends and enjoy our friendly staff. Each meal is home-cooked and served in our dining room. Choose from a nutritious menu featuring selections with delicious fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. We offer a wide variety of different proteins and sides with each meal. Residents are seated and order from a menu. Our staff members are pleasant and meet with each resident so we may accommodate individual tastes, preferences, and food allergies.

Assisted Living
Our goal is that every resident who moves into the Celebration Villa community feels like a respected member of our family and has a feeling of connection, comfort, and care. Care services should be a seamless part of our resident’s day. Individual care plans are created for each resident based on an assessment and their unique needs. Services range from independent seniors to seniors who need help with activities of daily life such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, medication assistance, and more.

Short-Term Respite Care
Residents in short-term respite care receive all of the amenities and care in our assisted living but for a shorter, predetermined length of stay. Respite care is for loved ones who may need a little help after a hospital or rehab stay, or when caregivers plan a family vacation or just need some time to relax and recharge. We are here for you. Call and ask us about our respite care package.

Our private apartments include a private bathroom, spacious living space, and large sunny windows. The rooms are painted in neutral colors that will go along with any furniture and decor you would like to bring.
