At Vista Springs Riverside Gardens, we celebrate life’s journey with on-site rehabilitation services, vibrant assisted living, and attentive memory care. Our community boasts dedicated spaces for assisted living, early memory care, and advanced dementia care, ensuring that your loved one flourishes in an environment tailored just for them. It’s all about aging gracefully and comfortably in one joyful place!
Life Enrichment Programming
At Vista Springs, we believe life should be celebrated at every stage. Our Life Enrichment programming offers social events, activities, and local outings. We prioritize a mix of offerings that nurture our residents’ minds, bodies, & souls. Every opportunity is intentionally offered to our seniors to encourage and prioritize overall well-being.
Having a purpose keeps our residents going at every age. We encourage our residents to enjoy activities that help them continue with their interests and hobbies. For example, each year, residents help make ornaments and decorations for our community Christmas tree. In the past, they have also made homemade candles and bath salts for gifts. Many residents are active with the local church, with weekly services at our community and a monthly church luncheon.
Programming at Vista Springs keeps residents vibrant and in touch with our surrounding community. We get into the community daily through activities, events, shopping, and restaurant trips. Our spirited program inspires residents to lead a fulfilling and active life.
Dining Program
Join us for three meals a day, plus snacks! The dining area is a great place to meet with friends and enjoy our friendly staff. Each meal is home-cooked and served in our dining room. We offer a wide variety of different proteins and sides with each meal. Residents are seated at their table and order from a menu. Our staff members are pleasant and meet with each resident so we may accommodate individual tastes, preferences, and food allergies.

Assisted Living Care
At Vista Springs, our focus is to support our residents’ independence and overall wellness. Our knowledgeable staff listens to understand residents’ and family needs. Fulfillment is met through communication and follow-through. It is through the strength of our team that we consistently provide the highest quality of care for our residents.
Resident care is unique to each individual. Each resident is assessed upon move-in and regularly throughout their stay. We work with the residents, family members, and health practitioners to create the right care plan for each person.
Care-related services include, but are not limited to:
- Personal care assistance with activities of daily living that may have help with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Medication assistance and administration
- Mobility assistance
- Continence maintenance
At Vista Springs, you may choose to remain with your current doctor or see any of our visiting physicians including:
- On-site or telehealth doctors
- Visiting podiatrist, dentist, home health, hospice, and more
At Vista Springs, there is on-site rehabilitation for when additional therapy is needed. This includes physical, speech, and occupational therapy. A physician’s order is necessary, and our 3rd party therapy group can help. This convenience can help a resident get back to their routine quickly.

Memory Care Neighborhood
Along the Journey is Priority Life Care’s memory care programming. The Along the Journey program was created for our seniors with memory impairments and to develop strong relationships between families and caregivers. A successful transition involves supporting the residents in their new environment and being a resource for the family.
Goals of Along the Journey:
- Create a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Provide consistent, well-trained caregivers specific to dementia care
- Provide care based on residents’ abilities and needs, with respect to the individual’s culture and preferences
- Achieve the highest quality of life possible for residents through cueing and assistance
- Be a resource and provide support to families, staff, and other residents
At Vista Springs, we use activities to help reduce residents’ agitation, improve their moods, and encourage social interaction. Popular activities include morning coffee (hydration) and news, listening to music, spiritual programs, ice cream socials, reminiscing, trivia, and puzzles. One-on-one sensory activities may also help residents relax and have a good night’s rest.

Short-Term Respite Care
Residents in short-term respite care receive all amenities and care in our assisted living or memory care options but for a shorter, predetermined stay. Respite care is for loved ones who may need a little help after a hospital or rehab stay or when caregivers plan a family vacation or need time to relax and recharge. We are here for you. Our apartments are sunny, with large windows. Interior rooms are painted in tasteful neutral colors and include private bathrooms and personal heating and cooling. In addition to their apartments and personal care services, residents can take advantage of all of the amenities that make our residents happy and safe.
