As a family-owned and operated business, Sevy, her family, and the management team have worked diligently to create a family-centric model that permeates every level of the organization. This includes fostering a strong organizational culture, providing opportunities for career advancement, and continually evolving training programs for co-workers who join the PLC team.
In her role as CEO, Sevy is entrusted with leading the company in pursuit of its mission to support independence. She is deeply committed to empowering and inspiring her management team and community-level employees, reminding them daily of the vital importance of their roles in serving the residents in their homes.
Prior to entering the world of Senior Housing operations, Severine (Sevy) Petras, had a noteworthy career in investment banking spanning a decade. She specialized in lending and structuring debt solutions for the Senior Housing and Healthcare sectors.
