September 23, 2019, Fort Wayne, IN – We are pleased to announce that Dawn Willert, Executive Director of Lamplight Inn of West Allis in West Allis, Wisconsin, was named Executive Director of the Year at the Priority Life Care Executive Director Symposium on Thursday, September 19th, at the Fort Wayne Convention Center.
The annual award, also known as the “Ken Hook” award, is based on Priority Life Care’s delivery on a culture of C.A.R.E. (compassion, accountability, respect, and experience) as well as how the executive director responds and overcomes challenges.
“The Lamplight Inn and Dawn have been with Priority Life Care for almost 7 years and is almost consistently full with a waiting list,” says CEO Sevy Petras. “She has truly captured our mission in Lighting the Way in senior care!”.
And if you ask Dawn, she didn’t win the award, it was her management staff that won the award. But it is Dawn’s years of experience and management skills that has led her team to truly embrace the mission of Lighting the Way in Senior Care.
