
Priority Life Care Honors Outstanding Achievements at 2025 Executive Director’s Symposium
Priority Life Care (PLC) celebrated excellence in senior living at its annual Executive Director’s Symposium held last week in Jupiter, Florida. The event recognized outstanding performances across its 63 communities nationwide, highlighting the company’s commitment to exceptional care and service.
COMMUNITY CUP WINNER
The prestigious Community Cup was awarded to Celebration Villa of Teays Valley in West Virginia. Led by Executive Director Amanda Musick since 2019, this community has demonstrated remarkable achievements not limited to:
- Maintained 100% occupancy for over a year
- Achieved zero deficiencies in state surveys for 2023 and 2024
- Provided invaluable training and support to other PLC communities
- Consistently delivered exceptional resident care and staff development

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE YEAR
Kylie Hintz, Executive Director of Brentwood at Laporte, received the “Ken Hook” Executive Director of the Year Award. Kylie combines leadership with genuine empathy, ensuring that her organization not only meets but exceeds its objectives. Hintz is celebrated for:
- Creating an inclusive and motivating work environment
- Balancing operational excellence with genuine empathy
- Fostering meaningful connections with her team
- Driving success across her community

ASSOCIATE OF THE YEAR
Chris Keene, Lead Med Tech at The Crossings of Riverview, has received the “Bob Nowak” Associate of the Year Award for his exceptional service since the community’s opening in 2015. A United States Army and Air Force veteran, Keene has demonstrated outstanding qualities throughout his tenure, first as the original resident care director and now in his current role.
Keene’s outstanding qualities include:
- 10 years of dedicated service since the community’s opening
- Unwavering commitment to resident care, even through personal health challenges
- Building deep, meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Setting a high standard for leadership and compassion

- Trina Burton, Certified Medication Technician, Celebration Villa of Nittany Valley
