Priority Life Care Welcomes Brian Gallo as Corporate Director of Culinary Experiences

Fort Wayne, IN, March 1, 2023 — Priority Life Care (PLC), a national senior housing operator, has named Brian Gallo as Corporate Director of Culinary Experiences. Brian will be responsible for enhancing and expanding PLC communities’ culinary departments through the quality, presentation, and overall experiences.

“This is another example of someone who started their senior housing career with PLC and has come back with the experience to help round out our leadership team,” said Bobby Petras, COO of PLC. “We’re thrilled to hire Brian and create another game-changer role that will continue to help support our communities.”

As a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Brian has over 20 years of combined experience in the Hospitality/Healthcare field. Brian has experience from restaurant openings that included menu development, kitchen operational procedures, and new management hires, to working with struggling concepts to develop them into highly profitable restaurants. 

Brian has worked at both Corporate and Operations levels throughout his career. And six years ago, he moved into senior housing dining services with Priority Life Care. He realized his true passion for the specific impact of dining services and the resident experience. Outside of PLC, Brian’s role grew into the Regional Culinary Director where he had the opportunity to create a fresh employee and resident experience from the ground level, building solid culinary teams that set industry standards.

In his free time, Brian loves to travel, spend time with his wife and 3 kids, and is a diehard St. Louis sports fan. Brian says he is “extremely happy to be back with Priority Life Care and looks forward to enhancing the Culinary Program and make it best in class in the industry.”
