Can Water Kill the COVID-19 Virus?

Viking Pure Solutions' Electrolyzed Water Used in PLC Communities to Kill the COVID-19 Virus

Priority Life Care has strengthened its effort of continued heightened sanitation in adopting using electrolyzed water. With senior living communities across the United States, Priority Life Care recently signed a company-wide agreement with Viking Pure Solutions, a company specializing in electrochemically-activated cleaning and disinfecting.

The Viking Pure cleaning technology uses electrolyzed water to kill bacteria, fungus, and viruses, including COVID-19. It also prevents micro-organisms from creating a resistance to any of its disinfectants. Unlike many popular cleaning products, Viking Pure’s system is completely non-toxic, is registered by the EPA as a hospital Grade disinfectant.

So how is water able to kill viruses?

Well not just any water, but electrolyzed water. Scientifically speaking, electrolyzed water is produced by the electrolysis of ordinary tap water containing dissolved sodium chloride. The electrolysis of such salt solutions becomes an efficient disinfecting agent.

Priority Life Care communities are adopting electrostatic sprayers to clean and disinfect throughout their communities. The sprayer easily takes care of all spaces, including those that may have been missed by manual cleaning or places that are hard to reach.

Any contaminated areas that are sprayed with the electrolyzed water become clean and sanitized and all pathogens are destroyed. This technology has been invaluable in preventing the spread of COVID-19 as well as other infectious diseases. Many senior living communities have worked this technology into their daily and nightly cleaning protocols.

Advantages of Viking Pure Solutions’ as a Cleaner and Disinfectant:

  1. Effective and powerful cleaner, disinfectant, and deodorizer
  2. As potent as bleach, yet with no harmful chemicals
  3. Cost-effective
  4. Green Seal Certified and EPA approved for disinfecting COVID-19
  5. With the ability to create electrolyzed water on-site, there is very little waste
