Priority Life Care Welcomes Heath Moody as Corporate Director of Maintenance

Fort Wayne, IN, December 20, 2022 — Priority Life Care (PLC), a national senior housing operator, has named Heath Moody Corporate Director of Maintenance. Heath will be responsible for maintenance operations, renovations, capital improvements, maintenance associate training, and assisting in new community developments.

Heath has over 15 years of experience in both the commercial construction and oil & gas industries, serving clients through many facets, including operations, business development, contracts, and project management.  Heath has developed and executed business plans, and strategies across multiple industries, including those with 20M+ CapEx budgets. 

Most recently Heath served as President of T&T Exchange which offered networking and consulting services across multiple industries including senior housing, commercial real estate, property management, and commercial construction.

Heath resides in the Dallas, Ft. Worth area and is married to Candice Moody, and has two children Ty and Tatum Moody.  Heath received his Business Degree from the University of North Texas where he was also a 4-year letter-winner on the football team earning both athletic and academic all-conference honors.
